That's true.. in South america de game pace tend to bem slower if compared to europeam leagues. In Brazil specificaly, its cultural, I believe it is because brazian people are proud of that sort of dribles and the individual play of its players,so speeding up the game or scoring a lot of technical goals, doest mattter as much as having such player capable of doing such "special' moves.
